What makes our crêpes special?
Authenticity
Our crêpes are authentically French. We use two batters for each type. For the savory crêpes, we use a combination of organic buckwheat and wheat flour, fresh eggs and a touch of sea salt. For the sweet ones we use white flour, sugar, fresh eggs and milk.
Technique
By spreading the batter in a specific way we create the perfect crêpe, one that offers a continuous experience with every bite. From the crispy edges to the soft middle to the placement of the filling, you get to taste the crêpe itself as cripsy, then soft, then combined with the filling.
