The restaurant duo appreciated each other’s professional skill, passion and dedication—while naturally forging a friendship with entrepreneurial ambitions. In 2012, the Crêpes Parfait company was born!

A graduate with honors from L’academie De Cuisine, he went on honing his skills for more than 20 years in the restaurant industry, making his way up in the process to become executive chef at some of the best restaurants in the Washington DC area, including Tosca Ristorante in Washington DC, where he had the pleasure to cook for numerous high profile personalities including Hillary Clinton, Patrick Ewing and Georges Clooney. He also helped bring two restaurants to the “Washingtonian’s best 100″ Terrazza Ristorante in Chevy Chase, MD and Amici Miei in Potomac, MD.Being a French speaker, Chef Mounir traveled to France to research and learn the art of making crêpes, he brought back not only recipes to the perfect batter, but also the know how to make the perfect crêpe. He brings his vast knowledge of French and international cuisine, his excitement and creativity to Crêpes Parfait by creating an infinite array of the most delectable crêpes, both sweet and savory.
